Return Window

  • Standard Products: 30 days from delivery date

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for:

  • Defective or damaged products upon arrival

  • Items significantly different from description

  • Wrong items shipped due to our error

Non-returnable items:

  • Products showing signs of use or installation

Return Process

  • Contact us within the return window via email with order number

  • Receive authorization - We'll provide return instructions and RMA number

  • Ship items back using provided prepaid label (for our errors) or at customer's expense

  • Inspection period - 5-7 business days after we receive returned item

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Processing time: 5-10 business days after approval

  • Return shipping: Customer pays unless item was defective/incorrect

  • Exchanges: Available for same product in different specifications (subject to price differences)
