Receive authorization - We'll provide return instructions and RMA number
Ship items back using provided prepaid label (for our errors) or at customer's expense
Inspection period - 5-7 business days after we receive returned item
Processing time: 5-10 business days after approval
Return shipping: Customer pays unless item was defective/incorrect
Exchanges: Available for same product in different specifications (subject to price differences)
